Claiming & 14-day window
How to claim winnings or refunds, and what happens if you wait longer than 14 days.
After a market resolves, winning and refundable positions become claimable. Claiming is an on-chain transaction that pays ETH to your wallet. Token rounds and AMM markets both use a 14-day window.
How to claim in the app
Open your profile
Go to your profile (avatar menu → Profile), or open Positions from the claim banner when you have claimable balances.
Find Claimable positions
Use the positions tabs: Open / Claimable / History. Claimable entries include wins and refunds.
Claim
Confirm the claim transaction in your wallet. You need enough Robinhood Chain ETH for gas. Use claim all from the banner when available to batch eligible claims.
What you can claim
| Outcome | What you receive |
|---|---|
| Token win | Pro-rata share of the pot after the protocol fee |
| Token refund | Your stake back (per contract rules) |
| AMM win | Your winning shares, 1 in ETH |
| AMM cancel | Each share you still hold, 1 in ETH |
| Loss | Nothing to claim for that losing stake or those losing shares |
After the window
- Pending payout views may show zero
- Anyone can call
sweepUnclaimed()once the deadline has passed - Swept funds go to the configured fee recipient
